The cottage is located in a secluded and tranquil part of Lochranza, several hundred yards from the main road and is accessed by a private track.

The cottage comprises two double bedrooms upstairs, one containing a double bed and the other containing one double and one single bed. There is also another twin-bedded room on the ground floor. There are two public rooms and the conservatory, with views over to Kintyre, is a particularly attractive feature.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave oven. There is a colour television with DVD and video in the main public room. Sky television is available, albeit with a fairly restricted package. There is also a small colour television and DVD in the dining room.

Heating is either by way of coal fires or by the electrical central heating system recently installed. Double glazing has also recently been installed throughout the property.

The bathroom has an electric shower above the bath.

The cottage is detached and a reasonable distance from adjoining properties. There is uncultivated, mainly grass, garden round the cottage.
